Our tools
- CAD/CAE software - Used to create parametric models, analyze engineering properties and create detail production drawings to communicate design intent for vendors.
- 3D scanner and scanning software - By scanning production parts this allows for detailed comparison to the original CAD data in order to verify accuracy of the part and ensures that the part is being manufactured within specified tolerance.
3D scanning is also used to scan parts that don't have an existing digital footprint (CAD model, Drawing, etc.). Once the part has been scanned, it can then be used as a guide to create a CAD model for modifications as well as new manufacturing drawings. - Rendering Software - CAD Model rendering software used to create high quality, photo realistic renderings and animations of your products for marketing presentations and website imagery.
